  • Overview

    At ReadCoor we are solving some of biology’s greatest unanswered questions. We have introduced the next generation of “Omics” by delivering the first panomic spatial sequencing platform to a global audience of researchers, clinicians, pharma diagnostics companies, and ultimately patients.  Our development efforts are at the intersection of biology and engineering.


    Our device will be generating 5-7TB/hour of high resolution microscope images. We are seeking Frontend Engineers to join our software team to build out the tooling to analyze our samples.



    You will design and develop the primary user interfaces to interact with the data produced from our device. Work with our users to develop novel ways to query and consume our spatial ‘omic data.


    • Qualifications:

      • Significant programming experience developing highly interactive and data-heavy applications
      • Experience with usability and user experience – stepping into the shoes of your users
      • Experience and understanding of the full-stack development lifecycle to work with the backend team to optimize the frontend/backend communication APIs


      Nice to haves:


      • Experience creating custom GIS mapping web applications
      • Visualizations and interactive maps with WebGL
      • Creating highly interactive data visualizations with D3 or similar technologies
      • Experiencing working in AWS or similar environments and developing cloud infrastructure.
